Our owner and operator Jordan Nuffer is committed to providing his clients with exceptional service from start to finish. Being a Colorado native and having over 16 years of experience in construction, he has an upper-hand in knowing just what it takes to build quality in the mountains. From initial conception to final execution, he will work to ensure every detail is considered, and every aspect of your project is executed to perfection.
Jordan Nuffer
Owner/Project Manager
A true Colorado native, Jordan was born and raised in Loveland and started his construction journey at just 17. His passion for building is only rivaled by his love for the mountains: he thrives on working in the natural beauty of Estes Park, building custom homes that perfectly accent the mountain lifestyle and, most importantly, seeing the satisfied smiles of every homeowner he serves. Jordan is a dedicated family man, married for eight years with three children.

Project Manager/Carpenter
Justin is a seasoned professional who brings 12 years of construction expertise to every Premier Mountain Builders project. Originally raised in Nebraska, he has called Colorado home for the last seven years, where he lives with his wife and two children. Outside of his commitment to building, he dedicates his time to coaching soccer and enjoying family life.
Jose (Pepe) Castillo
Lead Framer
Pepe is the essential lead of our framing crew. With two decades in construction, he provides the critical stability for every home we build. Since moving to Estes Park in 2008, he has become an expert in building structures that stand up to the mountain elements. He and his wife have been married for 11 years.

Colleen Logan
Designer/Drafter
Colleen, an Estes Park native and the founder of Studio Logan Design, which she started in 2024 to bring creativity and thoughtful design to every home project, Colleen and Jordan have worked hand in hand on designs and architecture for 6 years. She's loved design and all things creative since she was a young girl. When she's not designing or photographing, she enjoys life with her husband, son, and a good round of golf.
